ASL is regarded as one of the best global producers of investment and shell mold castings, featuring a modern 7000 sq. meter facility north of Bangkok, Thailand and a 10,000 sq. meter plant in the Philippines. Since our start in 2009, we have made continuous improvements to both facilities to offer AS9100 certified state-of-the art processes and products.
Asia Supply Line utilizes the in-house services listed to reduce lead times and guarantee the highest caliber products. Through the use of in-house services and our core methodology, Six Sigma, we have been able to reduce lead times by 50%, work in progress by 30%, and a 100% on time status with our global customers.
In 2015, we added metal injection molding (MIM) in both our Thailand and Philippines facilities. This service is capable of producing small to medium castings, commonly used in the Computer, Medical, Industrial, Defense, and Firearms industries.
